Dancing is a great form of exercise

You know, I have lost about 35 pounds since I started my site? I think I can move more fluidly than I could back then. Now, I just need to build those muscles! The push ups I have been doing, like in Friday's video, should help. But, I still have a long way to go.
Now, it is time to swing into today's dance. You might want to turn your volume up a bit, because I forgot to turn up mine. :)

I want to send a big "thank you" to those (Sarah, Rachel, Tara, and Judy) who sent me copies of the Guardian article. THANK YOU! Anyway, I put a few scans up on my new Press Page. Check it out! I have more stuff to put there, but this is a good article to start with. See you Wednesday!

I am ordering a new iPod, and videocasting DailyDancer would be freakishly cool.

Nice floor routine there at the end. Have you been watching old Olympic gymnastics tapes again? All you needed was the the stick with the ribbon on top.

35 pounds? Wow..you should start your own weight loss program. Your slogan could be "2 Minutes a day of fancy footwork and you too can be thin!"

Thank you for putting a little sunshine into my life today. This is my five year old daughter's absolutely favorite song. I could just hear her singing along while you dance.

I have run away from the real world & am on a sort of busmanĀ“s holiday in Mexico. However, no way am I willing to give up my daily dose of you DD. It is a good thing there are internet cafes out here. I just log on & there you are, doing that wonderful, though slightly insane, thing that you do for all of us out here in the big wide. Thanks again.

Okay, I can tell you've been practicing...but the end was pretty impressive. I bet there are not many of your fans that would be able to do a move like that! Are you still taking them with the new teacher? Something is going on with the new moves...GF must have inspired them. :) Keep it up, DD, you make my day!

Looks like you were skating in the beginning. How about this roller skates with daily dancer logos on them. It could be a hit!
