It's fun to stay at the Daily Dancer hotel

OK, if the YMCA won't let you in, then the Daily Dancer hotel will. Well, at least the Daily Dancer hotel will let you watch it through your computer screen. Anyway, on Wednesday, I got down with the Village People. Man, if I was a Village Person, I would be the mail man (or mail person, to be politically correct). I remember when our cat (at my mom's place) used to be a mail man... well, at least that's what we liked to pretend. But, that probably doesn't mean much to you, so I will move right to my video of the day. Time to shake it up, baby!

Twist and Shout
Yeah! So, that's all my dancing for this week. I will most likely be out of town on Monday, so I probably won't have a new video for you until Tuesday. But, I still have my video archive (now updated), for those of you who need a DD fix. See ya next week!

Hey! That wasn't Beth. That was TW (my girlfriend's mom). Beth is her friend, who first appeared last week. Still, I'm glad you liked the dance. I think you will be seeing more dances from TW in the future. :)

Hey Persian Guy, Beth was the one who danced to the "Paul Simon" song. And TW was the one who danced to "Tribal Dance". And they both danced in "I Shot the Sheriff". :)

DD, you rock our world! Love the family thing going on, but what ever happened to your other guest dancers? Haven't they sent in anymore tapes? Are they all trying out for "So you Think You can Dance?"

Just discovered your blog via an article in a london newspaper and I love it! I am not able to dance these days owing to a extremely slowly healing knee injury. Watching you fling your self about with little regard to your joints fills me with nostalgia (and a little bit of envy)
Thanks, you've really cheered me up.
Cheers.

Looks like she may have surprised you this time, DD! That was one of those songs that are hard to resist dancing to, so I halfway expected someone to join you... even if she did have to run 10 blocks to do it.

Haven't been to your site in a while and it was fun to go through and watch some and I really enjoyed watching this one. At first I thought I was seeing something with something coming from your hallway, and it just became fun. You got a great person in your GF mom to do that with you! ;o)

I live in Hawaii, so any plans on a hawaiian song? Let me know, maybe I could send you a fast one so you can shake it fast.
