Slide, slide, slippity slide, baby!

Yes, it is time, once again, for me to slide back onto your computer screen. Oh yeah! Can you feel the excitement? And this time, I have yet another request (thanks to Sandra and Chris).
Boom Boom Boom
Not much to say today. This coming week will be extra busy for me, as I will be spending a lot of time with my girlfriend's grandparents, who are in town. But, I will still be back on Friday for my next dance. Anyway, sliding I come, and booming I go. Boom!

Whoa, now that was an aerobic workout there, DD! Nice slides, and I was surprised to see that your arm movements were close and tight and not flailing about. I must say that your smile shows you definitely enjoy this more than the cleaning pic. Keep up the good work! :)

WHEW!! That wore me out! I think a lot of us would like to have that much energy that early in the day. You obviously had your Wheaties this morning. Your dancing always brings a smile to my face. Has anyone sent your site to Leno or Letterman yet?? Just curious.

Did you last the entire song?
You are definately building some cardiac endurance with dances like that one.

That reminds me of that one Peter Wolf video where he bounces through the whole town. Every time I see it I wonder how he managed to film it without having a heart attack.

Nice moves, especially when you got on the couch and then did your kung fu kick. Seriously, how close are you to the ceiling?

without doubt that was one of the best yet. I to is knackered just watching I had to take a puff on my inhaler afterwards. it was also great to see a return of some serious elbow action. you really made that song your own.please dont take any more lessons, they is not necessary, i think you is definitely a giver not a taker.
